I lost 10lbs of fat while gaining 5lbs of muscle in 3 months! I was much further along in my fitness journey so I started in the intermediate training level and quickly got into the best shape of my life! Now i have the tools to continue to make progress!
I've dropped 5lbs of body fat and gotten stronger in my first month! My clothes fit better and im getting complimented all the time. I can't wait to share my results at the end of my 3 Month challenge!
After learning about accurate calorie tracking with a food scale and using the diet and training plan for 1 month, I look and feel better than ever before! I most notice the increase in energy and focus at work and the progress is amazing. Cant wait to share my three month progress pictures soon!
